If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an exchange, return, or repair. Returns

General Returns

Fiores Scents & Flames accepts returns for most products within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at fiorescentsflames@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund. Fiores Scents & Flames will cover all costs associated with a defective product. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We Cannot Refund in the Following Situations:

  1. Products sent to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  2. Choosing the return method for cash on delivery.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at fiorescentsflames@gmail.com to request a return. b. Pack the product securely, including all accessories and original packaging. c. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
